The Beginning

White Log Homes is a family owned and operated business located in East Waterford, Pennsylvania in Juniata County. George R. White, founder of White Log Homes, began manufacturing homes in 1978 following his family's prestigious line of work in the lumber business. In 1912 John M. White structured the sawmill that would then be passed down to his son Clarence A. White.

How We Grew

Clarence expanded the business and had operated as many as eight sawmills at one time. Clarence then encouraged his sons Raymond and Nevin White to pursue the lumber business. Raymond, George's father, then furthered the expansion and built on a dry kiln yard to handle high grade lumber which is still in use to this day.

The Future

Now this fourth generation owner take this family owned business one step further. Using a CAD system, George R. White personally designs log homes that have been shipped all over the USA, Holland, Germany, Spain, Slovacia, and the list goes on! George R. White follows every step of the way to make your dream home a reality.
